Mary Gray, Executive Director
The Executive director, Mary Gray started in the position of Executive Director in August 2001. She has been a social worker for nearly 30 years. Prior to taking up this position she was a fieldwork co-ordinator on the Bachelor of Social Practice course at UNITEC Institute of Technology. Her previous management experience included working for the Department of Social Welfare ( now Child Youth & Family Services); Barnados and the NZ Community Funding Agency. As well as her management role, Mary provides some external supervision. She holds a BA and MSW, a Certificate in Supervision and is a member of the ANZ Association of Social Workers. She is widowed with two adult stepchildren.
