Alida Atiken
Counsellor
Family, Couple and Individual
Through the power of conversation, we get to examine the lens with which we view ourselves and our lives. Alida places great emphasis on values and believes that conflict arises when we are living in a place that does not align with our values. Identifying your values and examining the role they currently play in your life takes us on a journey and helps to identify the skills and strengths you already hold. These form the basis from which change can take place. Holding a specialist interest through the transition to parenthood journey, Alida works with individuals or couples as they navigate the life and relationship changes of pregnancy and parenting.
